Working closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) and VPs of Client Relations the CSD provides leadership in managing multiple ADVANCE®AI projects and leading some Business Development efforts. The CSD is accountable for the successful management and completion of assigned ADVANCE®AI projects coordinating activities internally and acting as the primary client contact to ensure all aspects of the contract and Scope of Work are achieved. They will ensure that the configuration, rollout, and ongoing development of client specific ADVANCE®AI platforms are progressed according to client needs and expectations. In addition, responsible for identifying new opportunity leads and advancing through the sales process to expand the use of ADVANCE®AI aligned to the company strategy. We’re now looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships & Product Strategy to play a pivotal role in scaling our ecosystem, shaping our commercial product direction, and positioning ADVANCE®AI as the category-defining standard in conversational excellence. You will work closely with global consulting firms, technology vendors, and senior customer stakeholders to ensure our solution becomes the category-defining standard for conversational excellence in Pharma.

This is a highly strategic, outward-facing role that blends business development, product strategy, and ecosystem design. You will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that accelerate market adoption, while also shaping the commercial product roadmap based on emerging customer needs and market dynamics.

As Training & Onboarding Manager, you’ll design and deliver exceptional onboarding and training experiences for both internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering effective onboarding programs and high-quality internal and external training that strengthen capability across the organization. You will ensure that both internal employees and external partners receive consistent, accurate and impactful onboarding and learning experiences.
