SUMMARY / PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Working closely with the Vice President (VP) and Directors of Client Relations, the CSM provides leadership in managing multiple ADVANCE®AI projects. The CSM is accountable for the successful management and completion of assigned projects, coordinating internal activities and serving as the primary client contact to ensure all aspects of the contract and Scope of Work are achieved.

They will ensure that the configuration, rollout, and ongoing development of client-specific ADVANCE®AI platforms are aligned with client needs and expectations. The CSM is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities and advancing them through the sales process to expand the use of ADVANCE®AI in line with company strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

                      • Manage global client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery.
                      • Drive organic growth by identifying and prospecting opportunities with additional brands and countries.
                      • Proactively develop long-term relationships with clients at multiple levels and across various functions.
                      • Understand client needs and requests to ensure delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
                      • Support business development efforts, including planning and preparing for client meetings, attending and contributing to discussions, and following up with proposals or materials as needed.
                      • Manage projects end-to-end, collaborating closely with internal teams and functions.
                      • Proactively address client queries that may arise during project delivery.
                      • Manage and prioritize timelines, calendars, and deliverables.
                      • Ability to travel as necessary.

                      KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE

                      Essential

                      • Account management and/or project management experience within Pharma/Biotech
                      • Demonstrated success in previous roles
                      • Motivated and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, start-up culture
                      • Confident self-starter who thrives on empowerment
                      • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues across business functions
                      • Capable of gaining trust quickly and building a reputation for service excellence
                      • Strong analytical skills – able to spot trends and make connections
                      • High attention to detail
                      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Asana (or other Project Management Software Tools)
                      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
                      • Excellent English language skills

                      Desirable

                      • Agency experience within Pharma/Biotech
                      • Experience working across Commercial and Medical Affairs teams
                      • Minimum of a BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
