We're looking for a highly organised Business Development Executive Assistant to support our Client Relations leadership team as we scale.

What you'll do

● Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars, meetings, and events

● Support client proposals, presentations, and pre/post-conference activity

● Keep Salesforce opportunities and client records accurate and up to date

● Own action items across BD, SLT, and Board meetings

● Plan team events — from venues to catering to socials

What you'll bring

● 3+ years' experience in administrative or EA support

● Outstanding organisation and attention to detail

● Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders

● Resilient, adaptable, and thrives under pressure

● Experience of working in a Global team and on multiple timezones

● Strong MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams skills

Our ideal candidate will have:

● Business development team/sales support experience

● Pharma industry background
